Ibrahim Mabardi

Ibrahim Mabardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at EXFO since July 2014, Ibrahim specializes in providing support for Test & Measurement products, conducting troubleshooting, and analyzing reported issues to assist R&D teams. Prior to this role, Ibrahim worked at CSC from 2007 to 2013, where responsibilities included training service desk representatives and offering advanced technical support as an IT Analyst and Subject Matter Expert. Ibrahim's career began at Hewlett-Packard as a HelpDesk Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from UQAM and an Associate's Degree in CAD/CADD Drafting from Vanier College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Damascus University.
