Lotfi HALWES is a seasoned professional in customer experience management and telecommunications with substantial experience spanning over 18 years. Currently, Lotfi serves as a Senior Consultant in Customer Experience Management at EXFO since October 2017. Prior roles include CEM Project Manager and Consulting Project Manager at Astellia, as well as a Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks.
