Louis Grenier is a seasoned software architect and designer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Chief Software Architect and Lead Architect at EXFO since September 2023, Louis previously held the roles of Principal Software Designer and Technical Manager at Kaloom from June 2019 to September 2023. Prior to that, Louis worked as a System Architect for Business Support Systems at Ericsson Canada Inc. from June 2016 to June 2019 and had a long tenure at Ericsson Canada Inc. as a System Architect from February 2001 to June 2019. Earlier in the career, Louis gained experience as a Software Developer at Virtual Prototypes Inc. (now Engenuity Systems) from 1997 to 2000. Louis graduated with a B.Eng. in Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in 1992.
