Mandy Russell

Mandy Russell is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and customer service, currently serving as Manager of EMEA Services at EXFO since September 2008. In this role, Mandy has successfully implemented various initiatives, including the establishment of an Internal Sales and Demonstration Department, the development of quality management processes, and the introduction of a competency-based recruitment and appraisal scheme.
