Mathieu Piché ing., PMP, is currently the group leader in engineering methods and processes at EXFO, where they apply their extensive expertise in project management. Previously, Mathieu managed an R&D team at Derby Building Products Inc., overseeing strategic product development and employee training. With a solid background in polymer engineering from Université Laval, they have also held roles as a process engineer at Bath Fitter and an R&D coordinator at Novik, where they served as the primary technical resource for injection molds and managed projects using lean management principles.
