Michel Blier

Michel Blier has over two decades of experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Mechanical Specialist and Principal Mechanical Designer at EXFO since September 2011. Prior to this, Michel held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Team Leader at ALSTOM POWER & TRANSPORT CANADA INC from 2009 to 2011. Additional experience includes roles at IR Photonics, Instadesign Inc., Aethera Networks, Alto Design Inc., Tellabs Inc., and Nortel Networks, showcasing a diverse background in mechanical engineering and project management. Michel Blier earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 1987 to 1991 and a DEC in Pure and Applied Science from Collège Montmorency from 1984 to 1986, complemented by a DES from Georges Vanier.
