Michel Leclerc

Michel Leclerc has over two decades of experience in the field of electrical, electronics, and communications engineering. Since May 2000, Michel has been serving as a Principal Research Scientist at EXFO, where responsibilities include high-level design of instrumentation solutions, management coordination, and technical leadership for optical instrumentation projects. Prior to this, Michel worked at Cybectec as a Signal Processing Engineer from May 1994 to May 2000, focusing on the design, development, and testing of signal processing algorithms for electrical power stations. Michel holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Université Laval.
