Pascal Routhier

Pascal Routhier is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in hardware design and systems integration. Currently serving as a Technical Leader at EXFO since October 2021, Routhier focuses on electronic design and high-speed hardware development. Previously, Routhier held positions such as Principal Electronic Designer and Project Manager at OPAL-RT Technologies, and Senior Application & Project Engineer at Excelitas Technologies Corp., working on complex electro-optical components for defense and aerospace sectors. Routhier has also contributed to various companies, including Morgan Schaffer, Broadcom, and EnCentrus Systems Inc., showcasing a strong background in high-speed memory interface technologies and project management across multiple industries. Routhier earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a DEC from Collège De Sherbrooke.
