Dragoş R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dragoş started their career as a Vicepresident at OTPDL Dambovita in August 2014. Dragoş then worked as an Implementation Expert at SC Romprest Servicii Integrate SRL from July 2014 to October 2015. Following this, they joined Red Mountain Management as a Senior Team Lead in November 2015. In December 2016, they transitioned to SII Romania as an IT Analyst, where they provided support for the Collateral Management System (CMS) software. Dragoş then joined Raiffeisen Bank Romania in June 2018 as a Data Risk Analyst, where they managed the process of updating monthly CMS dashboards and set up risk indicators. In March 2019, they moved to APT Resources & Services as a Data Analyst. Dragoş subsequently held the position of European Data Analyst at Kellogg Company from April 2021 to September 2021. Dragoş then joined Trico Products as a Business Data Analyst from September 2021 to February 2022. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Power BI Developer Associate at }exghts since January 2023.

Dragoş R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Universitatea Transilvania Brasov, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a certification as a CyberOps Associate from Cisco in September 2021.
