Mike Kling is a seasoned Software Development Manager with extensive experience in leading software development teams across multiple companies. Currently at exida since January 2018, Mike manages independent product teams in an agile Kanban environment, overseeing the full software development life cycle (SDLC). Prior experience includes leading development projects at ECRI Institute and serving as a Systems Engineer, where Mike was involved in .NET applications and WCF services. Earlier in Mike's career, roles included Software Designer at Computer Aid, Inc., overseeing middleware product design, communications technician for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, and Lead Deployment Engineer at Unisys for network infrastructure projects. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
