Tom Strang

Tom Strang has over 30 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specializing in high-performance work teams, safety management, and remediation. Tom's career includes roles such as Vice President of EHS&S, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing Excellence at Chemtura, as well as various engineering and management positions at companies like International Harvester, Monsanto, and Hercules. Currently, Tom is retired and enjoying life, while also serving as President of StrangSafety LLC, where they focus on promoting a "zero incident" culture in manufacturing. Tom holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from RPI at Work.
