Carrie Kaupp

Carrie (Wibben) Kaupp is the President of Exiger, where they lead the organization in government solutions. They previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Exiger Federal Solutions and Senior Vice President for National Security & Intelligence. Carrie's prior experience includes roles such as Chief of the Personnel Security Group at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and Director of the Performance Accountability Council at the Office of Management and Budget. They have also served in various capacities at the United States Department of Defense, including Deputy Director of the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency. Carrie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Troy University.
