John Willcox

John Willcox is a seasoned Data Scientist currently employed at Exiger since June 2022, with extensive experience at NICE Actimize from September 2001 to May 2022. In this role, John focused on enhancing decision-making processes through data analysis, exploration, visualization, and pre-processing of big data. Previously, John held various leadership positions at NICE Actimize, including Director of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing software development and operations teams, as well as engaging with customers throughout all project stages. John began their career with roles such as Content Editor at Macmillan and Software Developer, accumulating a diverse skill set. Educational achievements include an MSc in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University.
