Mattisan Rowan

Mattisan Rowan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and risk analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at Exiger since February 2024, Mattisan previously worked as a Global Threats Officer at the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) from July 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included monitoring threats to the private sector and facilitating the release of classified warnings. Prior to this, Mattisan held various roles at Exiger, including Research Manager and Research Associate, focusing on risk and compliance intelligence. Additional experience includes positions at the United States Institute of Peace, The Wilson Center, and as an intern at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. Mattisan holds a Master’s Degree in Middle East Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Arab and Islamic Studies from Villanova University.
