Early career experiences include roles at Ricoh Australia as a System Engineer, HP as a Technical Consultant specializing in storage products, and Dell as a Client Tech Support Senior Associate. Shiv holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India, obtained in 2005, and demonstrates extensive expertise in providing technical support, configuring servers and hardware, and resolving complex client issues in managed IT environments.
