Idrees D.

Idrees D. has worked in various roles since 2011. Idrees began their career as a 4-H Program Assistant at the University of the Virgin Islands Cooperative Extension Service (UVICES). In 2018, they moved to AmSpec Group as a Laboratory Technician. Currently, Idrees D. is a Platform Support Specialist at Exigo, where they develop technical SOPs and provides training to new additions to the team and external teams. Idrees also triages incoming tickets to determine the severity of the reported issue to identify the best resource to involve.

Idrees D. completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Information Technology from the University of the Virgin Islands in 2019. Idrees is currently pursuing a Master in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Idrees D. has also obtained three additional certifications: Cypher Fundamentals from Neo4j in October 2022, Neo4j Fundamentals from Neo4j in October 2022, and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2022.
