Bogdan Stefan

Bogdan Stefan has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Bogdan started their professional journey as an Analyst - Programmer at CEC Bank in 1999 and later moved on to roles such as Business Analyst and Manager at OTP Bank. At OTP Bank, they served as the Director of the Software Development Directorate and played a key role in the banking application department. Bogdan also worked as an Executive Director at Bank Millennium, where they oversaw IT, operations, facility management, and logistics. Bogdan then joined OTP Bank Romania as the CIO and Executive Director, responsible for delivering and implementing the bank's IT strategy. Bogdan managed multiple departments and supervised over 60 employees. Bogdan has also worked as a Senior Consultant and Business Development professional at Asseco South Eastern Europe, where they collaborated with clients to analyze IT system requirements and solve their IT issues. In 2019, they joined Modex as a Technical Project Manager in the Fintech Division and later worked as a Senior Advisor at Emissary.io. Bogdan also served as a Tech and Innovation Advisor and CTO at InnovX Business Accelerator. Currently, Bogdan holds the position of Managing Director Information Technology at EximBank.

Bogdan Stefan completed their Bachelor's degree at College Matei Basarab from 1994 to 1999. In 2009 to 2011, they attended INDE - CNAM Paris to pursue a General MBA. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the SEED School for Executive Education and Development in 2017. Recently, Bogdan Stefan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from the Rome Business School in 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications in various fields such as software architecture, data management, and leadership from renowned institutions like Udemy and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
