Andrei Nae

Andrei Nae, MBA, is an economist with over 15 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, asset management, and commercial real estate investments. Currently, Andrei serves as an Investment Manager at Eximprod Group, coordinating financing and M&A transaction structures for green energy projects. They also lecture in Financial Modeling and Analysis at the Romanian Banking Institute and hold an Executive M.B.A. from WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business. Additionally, Andrei is the Vice President of the Independent Directors Association and is certified in Advanced Financial Modeling and Sustainable Investing.
