Caroline Bacon

Caroline Bacon is an experienced product leader currently serving as AVP Product at Exinity since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading product strategy and execution for customer-facing products and managing a team of senior product managers. Prior to this role, Caroline held various product management positions at Silverfin, WorldFirst, Springer Nature, BioMed Central, IET, ICE Publishing, and Sweet and Maxwell, focusing on areas such as public API services and publication workflows. Caroline holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a 2:1 degree in Journalism from the University of Essex.
