Lex Webster currently serves as a Special Advisor at The Platforms Association and a Non Executive Director at HALO Invest, both positions held since May and July 2025, respectively. Additionally, Lex has been with Exinity since July 2018, holding titles of Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer. Lex has served as Treasurer for The Huckerby Trust since May 2018 and held the CEO position at TradeFacts from April 2016 to June 2018. Prior experience includes SVP of Strategy & Operations at GAIN Capital (October 2011 - June 2018), Director of Business Development at LMAX Limited (November 2009 - June 2011), and Director of Commercial Development at City Index (January 2004 - December 2009). Earlier career roles include Director of Product Management at Charles Schwab and Head of Customer Solutions at Etrade Financial. Lex holds a BA Hons in Business from Coventry University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
