Lynn Ujiagbe, PhD, has extensive experience in educational management and leadership development spanning over two decades. Lynn served as a management staff member at Dayspring IJS from March 2007 to August 2024, where contributions included mentoring students and supporting the professional growth of educators. Currently, Lynn is the State Coordinator for the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance Nigeria Chapter, overseeing leadership programs and stakeholder engagements, and serves as Education Coordinator and Program Manager at Exinity, focusing on educational program development. Additionally, Lynn has been a board member at Hicon Marine Nigeria Ltd since April 2004 and founded The Learnzone Leadership Network in January 2017 to empower leaders through capacity-building initiatives. Lynn holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and has advanced degrees in Educational Management and Business Education.
