Peter Bondarenko

Peter Bondarenko is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security at ForexTime (FXTM) since October 2019. Prior to this role, Peter held positions at FxPro as an Information Security Officer and at Київстар, where responsibilities included Security Transformation Manager of the Eurasia Cybersecurity Hub and various roles in information security. Early experience includes serving as Lead Information Security Engineer at the National Bank of Ukraine and as an Information Security Intern at Secure-NOK AS. Peter's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Security from TalTech, alongside Master's degrees in Information and Communication Systems Security and Information Security Management from prominent institutions. An early foundation in the field was established with a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Systems Security from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
