Rohini Premaraj

Rohini Premaraj is a results-driven Delivery Lead currently serving as an Agile Coach at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). Having previously held positions as a Scrum Master and Team Coach at Mashreq Bank, as well as a Scrum Master at Emirates NBD, Rohini has extensive experience in guiding cross-functional teams through complex projects. Rohini’s background includes serving as an Associate Application Developer at Oracle, where they facilitated communication between customers and development teams. Rohini is an alum of the Executive Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Kerala.
