Michael Lim

Michael Lim has over 20 years of work experience in the software industry. Michael started their career as a Technical Associate at Corporate Information Solutions Inc., where they worked on the MERALCO Transformation Project. Michael then joined Software AG as a Software Developer II, providing maintenance and support for mainframe applications. In 2002, Michael joined Exist Software Labs, Inc. and worked their way up from Senior Java Developer to VP of Engineering/Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and finally President and CEO. In their various roles at Exist, they were responsible for leading corporate strategy, overseeing operations, managing project teams, and implementing development and deployment best practices.

Michael Lim completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle University in 1995. Michael then pursued an Executive MBA from HKUST Business School in 2011, and later took another EMBA program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2012, specializing in Business Management.
