Mike Speckman

Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Existence Authentication

Mike Speckman is currently the President and COO at Existence Authentication, which provides browser-less access for sensitive internet activity through hybrid access control. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Speckman Services in 2005. In 2014, they founded enmo Technologies, an enterprise mobility startup that developed a SaaS platform used by developers to create Mobile IoT Smartphone Apps. Mike left enmo in 2021. In 2019, Speckman served as an Executive In Residence at Blue and Gold Ventures, a student-run business program. Mike was a Business Development Executive at Dedicated Computing from 2017 to 2018. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Foothill Community Health Center. Mike was also the VP of Sales & Marketing at Visual Communications Company, LLC from 2013 to 2014, where they streamlined distributor partners and increased the number of customers, sales revenue, and profitability. From 2011 to 2013, they were the President and General Manager at Zilog, an IXYS Company, where they initiated new product introductions, re-organized departments for operational efficiencies, and increased revenue and profitability. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales, Worldwide, at Zilog from 2007 to 2013, where they executed a complete turn-around of the company's sales and technical resources. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the VP of Sales, Worldwide, at Symwave, where they built out sales reps, channel partners, and direct reports in the Asia Pacific Region and PRC, and grew revenues at key OEMs and ODMs.
