Radu Vladislav is a seasoned B2B marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and digital strategy. At Exit Five since January 2021, Radu has contributed to a community of over 3,500 members focused on B2B marketing. As Head of Growth Marketing at Filestage from September 2021 to October 2025, Radu played a pivotal role in doubling annual recurring revenue through expertise in various channels, including ads and SEO. Radu's previous roles include Team Lead Demand and Growth Marketing Manager at Streamford, B2B Marketer at Emerhub, and Co-founder of the first peer-to-peer gadget rental platform in Central & East Europe, Stuffz. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Radu founded Necesar Spital, a non-profit that successfully connected hospitals with suppliers of protective equipment.
