Mark Travis

Mark Travis is the Managing Partner at Exit Partners, bringing over 32 years of experience in finance and M&A. Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at TransFirst for 13+ years, where Mark oversaw various financial activities and played a key role in the company's growth. Prior to that, Mark served in various financial leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems for 18+ years, including CFO of different business lines. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
