Patrick Earhart

Patrick Earhart is a trusted finance partner specializing in SaaS, with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and exit readiness. They are currently the CEO and Founder of Balans Coffee Company and serve as the Senior Director of FP&A Services at Exit Point Partners. Previously, Patrick held significant roles at companies such as GoCanvas, where they led FP&A exit readiness for a major acquisition, and K1 Investment Management. Patrick earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
