Stacy Strobl

Stacy Strobl is the Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Southeast, where they have consistently earned the title of #1 Region and #1 in franchise sales for the past five years. Growing up in Clarksville, Tennessee, Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis before teaching for seven years in the Shelby County School System. In 2004, they co-founded Harpeth Mortgage Company and later acquired EXIT Realty Tennessee, transforming it into one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in Tennessee. Over the years, Stacy has expanded EXIT Southeast to include regions in Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida, while also breaking franchise sales records.
