Gary Davidson has a long history of working in the technology industry. Gary started their career in 2008 as an Test Analyst at ACCA, where they used their product and customer knowledge to work collaboratively with a developer to create and test a new system. In 2012, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Test Analyst. In 2014, they took a position as a Test Analyst at Ashurst. In 2015, they took a career break to travel. In 2016, they became a Test Analyst at collectionHQ, where they helped reduce the manual regression test suite from 7 days to 3 days. In 2021, they began working at Exizent, where they have held the roles of Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Senior QA Engineer. As Associate Product Manager, they have been steering delivery of a complex accountancy package through collaboration with a development team including eight engineers, QA, UI, UX, customers, sales and marketing. As Senior QA Engineer, they have been helping to establish the QA function at Exizent by adding to the Cypress automation regression suite as well as establishing quality check points through the development process in a CI/CD pipeline.

Gary Davidson has a diverse educational background. Gary obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow between 2005 and 2006. Gary then went on to earn a Master's degree in Economic and Social Gary'story from the same university between 2001 and 2005.
