Apoorva Arora is an Engagement Manager (AVP) at EXL, where they lead the strategy team in driving initiatives within the Credit Risk Management domain for clients in the banking and finance sector. With over seven years of experience, including more than five years in the banking and credit card industry, Apoorva has developed expertise in Credit Risk Management, Line and Exposure Management, and Fraud Management. They previously worked as an Analyst at Ola and have held various roles that focused on customer engagement and acquisition. Apoorva holds an Integrated M.Sc. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. In their free time, they enjoy cooking and traveling.
