Arya Subham

Arya Subham is currently serving as a Lead Assistant Manager at EXL since September 2025, specializing in scalable solutions for telecom and media analytics within the retail sector. Previously, Arya worked at Mu Sigma Inc. from July 2022 to September 2025 as a Decision Scientist 3, where projects included developing a Cold Start Solution for new product launches in home improvement retail and advancing predictive analytics for the petrochemical and consumer packaged goods industries using advanced machine learning techniques. Arya's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Engineer trainee at Hyundai Motor Company in 2022. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA) and secondary education from Dav Public School and Montfort Secondary School.
