Astitva Rai

Astitva Rai is currently an Assistant Manager at EXL Service, specializing in business analysis and healthcare economics. They served as the Policy in Action Fellow at Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC) in 2024, where they drafted a policy brief on Andhra Pradesh's civil aviation policy and engaged with stakeholders in the aviation sector. Astitva has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Nakshatra and Head of Content at SHAKESJEER, and has experience as a Research Intern at TERI, where they focused on pollution mitigation techniques.
