Deepak Arya is currently the Manager of HR Operations at EXL, where they oversee HR operations, including USCIS audits, compliance, and performance management. With previous experience as HR Operations at Impetus and Assistant Manager of HR Onboarding at GDKN, Deepak has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and US immigration processes. They hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management and are pursuing an Executive MBA in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Deepak also completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
