Devanshu Kulthe

Devanshu Kulthe is an Assistant Vice President specializing in CX Transformation, currently partnering with organizations to enhance their Customer Experience initiatives through CCaaS platforms, Agent Experience, and AI. They previously held roles as Senior Manager and Manager at EXL, and were a Senior Consultant at Wipro Digital, focusing on innovative digital solutions and AI offerings. Devanshu began their career with internships at Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Seetech Solutions, followed by a successful tenure at Wipro Limited, where they managed AI-based projects and led development teams. Devanshu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur.
