Diane Downs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and market development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Growth and Market Development at EXL since November 2021, Diane previously held leadership roles at IBM Watson Health as Leader of Payer & Provider Sales and at IBM as Leader of Payer Sales for Watson Health. Diane's career includes a significant tenure at Truven Health Analytics, where the role of Vice President of Sales and Payer Accounts was maintained.
