Dipti John

Dipti John is a professional with over 19 years of experience in Service Delivery Operations, Quality, and Project Management. They began their career as a Quality Analyst at Zenta from 2004 to 2010, and further developed their skills at Accenture, where they held various roles including Project Manager and Team Lead from 2010 to 2017. Dipti was an Operations Project Lead at HERE Technologies from 2017 to 2022, and they recently took on the position of Senior Manager- Transition at EXL in 2023. Dipti is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Mumbai University.
