Emmanuel Mesoga is currently the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (Support & Leadership) at EXL, where they steer recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. With extensive experience in recruitment, including roles at Convergys as a Recruitment Supervisor and at Infosys BPM as an Assistant Manager, Emmanuel has developed a collaborative team culture and enhanced recruitment efficiency. They hold a BS in Psychology focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the City of Muntinlupa and a BSE in Social Science from the Philippine Normal University.
