Frank Torres

Frank Torres is currently the Assistant Vice President of Insurance Solutions at EXL, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Frank served as the Claims Director at Fred Loya Insurance Agency from 2016 to 2022 and was the Claims Manager at United Automobile Insurance Company between 2014 and 2016. Frank began their career in the insurance industry at Kemper, where they worked in claims from 2008 to 2011, and also held a claims position at Direct General Insurance from 2011 to 2014.
