Gaurav Salian has extensive experience in training and quality management within a variety of organizations. Gaurav began as a Customer Support Representative at Convergys and progressed through roles such as Team Coach at eFunds International Pvt. Ltd., S.M.E./Project Lead at Athiya Organizational Competencies (P) Ltd., Training Lead at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, and Supervisor in the Training Department at Hewlett-Packard. Gaurav's expertise culminated in the role of Training and Quality Manager at Capita India and currently serves as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at EXL. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the International School for Management Excellence.
