Gaurav Tripathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and team management, currently serving as a Manager at EXL since September 2017. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Senior Team Lead at HCL Technologies, focusing on F&A operations, accounts receivable, record to report, and general ledger accounting from October 2014 to September 2017. Gaurav's career began at GENPACT as a Process Developer, specializing in journal and fixed asset accounting from May 2012 to April 2014.
