Gopal Rao

Gopal Rao is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at EXL since September 2022, Gopal leads Recruitment for Digital, Analytics, and Technology, employing a strategic approach to secure top talent. Previously, as Talent Acquisition Head at Intercontinental Exchange from July 2019 to September 2022, Gopal played a crucial role in establishing the recruitment function in India. Gopal has also held senior roles at EY and Deloitte India, where responsibilities included leading end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing effective hiring strategies. Gopal's earlier experience includes positions at Capgemini and Thinking Minds Inc., where Gopal developed recruitment services and supported business development initiatives. Gopal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Socio Legal Science from Pune University.
