Graham Saunders is an experienced talent acquisition and consultancy professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Head for Europe, UK and Ireland at EXL since July 2022. In this role, Graham connects with senior leaders across global professional services, consulting, and technology sectors to promote EXL's solutions. Previous experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Huntswood, delivering top-tier consultancy to major financial services clients, and leading talent acquisition efforts at Accenture across multiple regions. Graham has held key positions at Morgan Philips Group, Impellam Group, and Fusion Recruitment, along with significant experience as Account Director for the Department for Business and Trade. Graham holds a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise from the University of Wolverhampton.
