Guy Brown

Guy Brown currently serves as the Head of Risk & Compliance and MLRO at EXL since July 2025. Prior to this, Guy held the position of Head of Compliance & MLRO at Tymit from October 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included compliance strategy and engagement with the FCA. Guy also provided advisory support as Head of Risk & Compliance at SuperFi Finance during its FCA Regulatory Sandbox phase and built risk frameworks at Kuda, a UK EMI Digital Bank. Additional experience includes senior roles at Metro Bank, Fortrum, jetnow.com, Banco Santander, and Liquid Business. Educational pursuits include studies at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Institute of Risk Management, and International Compliance Association.
