Harendra Shrivastav

Harendra Shrivastav is an experienced finance professional with expertise in operations and financial reporting. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at EXL since November 2022, Harendra leads the external reporting team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and timely financial disclosures. Previously, in the role of Assistant Manager at Accenture from January 2021 to November 2022, Harendra prepared financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and conducted trend analyses. At AIG from August 2014 to December 2020, financial reporting responsibilities included managing US-GAAP for AIG Australia and performing balance sheet analyses. Harendra also held positions at I-NET Business Solutions, Inc., as a Senior Financial Analyst, and Aptara, as a Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included the preparation and review of financial statements. Harendra holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Finance from Delhi Business School and Punjab Technical University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from RBS.
