Iulia Saadeddin

Iulia Saadeddin has extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as the HR Business Partner for Europe at EXL from January 2014 to December 2013, managing the HR function and team across delivery centers in Romania, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic. Previously, Iulia held multiple roles at EXL Service, including Manager of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, and Operations Manager. Prior to that, Iulia worked as a Team Leader in Accounts Payable at Office Depot from September 2007 to October 2010. Iulia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UBV (2000-2004) and a Master's degree in HR Management from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca (2008-2009).
