Jason Rivera, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in econometrics and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager and Econometrician at EXL since June 2014, Jason has held various roles including Engagement Manager and Project Manager. Prior to this, Jason was a Graduate Assistant at the University of Georgia from August 2009 to May 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Instructor of Record for Principles of Macroeconomics and assisting in various PhD and MBA courses. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at Clemson University, where the use of R and STATA software facilitated regression analysis, and work as an Institutional Securities Specialist at Safe Harbor Securities, Inc. Jason holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Georgia, a Master's degree from Clemson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
