Jim Arslan

Jim Arslan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing solutions and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of EXL Marketing Solutions since March 2015, Jim has previously held the position of President at RPM Direct, where Jim has worked since March 2010. Prior to these roles, Jim was the Chief Operating Officer at Masada Group Technologies from January 2006 to December 2009 and Vice President-General Manager at TransUnion from 1998 to 2006. Jim also served as Sales Manager for Medicare Managed Care at Qualmed Plans for Health from 1993 to 1998. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1989 and 1993.
