Lillian Lee currently serves as the Vice President, People Business Partner at EXL, focusing on analytics, AI, data management, and engineering in the Americas, as well as global strategy and corporate development. Previously, Lillian held various roles at Google, including People Partner for Android and AI & Research, and Recruiting Manager for Software Engineering. Lillian also worked as Senior HR Manager for Corporate Americas at Louis Vuitton, Lead Recruiter for AWS at Amazon, and Assistant Vice President for MBA Campus Recruitment at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Lillian earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Binghamton University School of Management.
