Mahima Sood

Mahima Sood is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Manager at EXL, where they focus on advanced digital solutions leveraging conversational AI platforms. Prior to this role, Mahima held positions including Project Lead at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services and Senior Consultant at The Mindful AI Lab, where they specialized in AI ethics and responsible AI practices. Additionally, Mahima founded Shilla Treks, a travel company, and has experience as an educational consultant at Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary Model School.
